Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Snimo mobile application (the "App") operated by Snimo ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content

2.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the photos you upload to our App. By uploading content to our App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

2.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload any content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains offensive, harmful, or illegal material
  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 App Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Snimo and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

3.2 Use Limitations

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Use the App to develop a competing product or service

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Services

The App may offer both free and paid services. By purchasing a subscription or making any payment through the App, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchase.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions to our App automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Snimo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Snimo and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
